Cranberry Cooler

Cranberry Cooler

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups of Cranberries
  • 3 Limes
  • 1/3 Cup Honey
  • 2 Quarts Filtered Water

Directions:

  • Give the cranberries a good rinse and add them to a high speed blender.
  • Squeeze the juice of the limes into the blender
  • Blend well for 30-60 seconds
  • Let the mixture sit for 10-15 minutes
  • Using a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag - Strain the mixture well, making sure to squeeze all of the juice you can out of it
  • Stir in the honey
  • Taste and adjust as you like. Enjoy!

Tips:

  • To make this less sweet, start with less honey or just add a little more water to the finished juice.
  • If you love cranberry, but they are too acidic for you. This is a great way to add them to your diet. You can water down and or sweeten the cooler to your taste
  • To put a fun twist on this cooler you can add in some fresh orange juice and or orange zest, and or ginger or cinnamon
  • For my MM people, you could pour a nice glass of this and then add a scoop of Vimergy Micro-C Immune Power and mix well for an extra boost.
