Together, we’ll focus on critical areas such as dietary choices, cleansing protocols, and supplements, when appropriate, to uncover the best ways to support your unique needs.
By the end of this session, we’ll create a personalized strategy that considers every aspect of your health and provides actionable steps to guide you toward optimal wellness.
As an added benefit, you’ll have access to me outside of the session for any questions or additional support as you implement your plan.

This session is for members who want support and clarity regarding their yoga practice, whether they’ve just joined or have been practicing with me for a while.
We’ll explore your goals, challenges, and intentions—whether you’re working through an injury, building toward a specific pose, or wanting more structure, consistency, or depth. There’s also space to share any spiritual focus you’d like to bring into your practice.
This is a chance to check in, reflect, and receive personalized guidance to help your practice feel clear, purposeful, and aligned with what matters most to you.
