Grapefruit Cooler

Grapefruit Cooler

Ingredients:

  • 6 Grapefruits
  • 2 Lemons
  • 1/3 Cup Honey
  • 1 Quart Filtered Water

Directions:

  • Juice the grapefruits and lemons and add to a big pitcher.
  • Stir in the honey and filtered water.
  • Taste and adjust as you like. Enjoy!

Tips:

  • To make this less sweet, start with less honey or just add a little more water to the finished juice.
  • If you love grapefruits, but they are too acidic for you, this is a great way to add them to your diet.
  • For my MM people, you could pour a nice glass of this and then add a scoop of Vimergy Micro-C Immune Power and mix well for an extra boost.

This is a super thirst quenching drink- I love having it after a strong yoga session.

It is also great to have after a heavier meal or if you went out to eat and had more sodium and or fat than you normally do.
