Juice the oranges and lemons and add to a big pitcher.
Stir in the honey and filtered water.
Taste and adjust as you like. Enjoy!
Tips:
To make this less sweet, start with less honey or just add a little more water to the finished juice.
If you prefer things more tart, add more lemons, if you don’t like tart, you can have one lemon or omit the lemons entirely, however, you may want to use a little less, honey if you do this.
For my MM people, you could pour a nice glass of this and then add a scoop of Vimergy Micro-C Immune Power and mix well for an extra boost.
This recipe came from my generation X upbringing. Do you remember Tang? I used to love Tang, but it is full of junk.
I think this tastes just like it- but even better- no weird powdery aftertaste and it is natural healing and hydrating drink.
